The launch of Virgin America was exciting because the carrier offered so many unique, in-flight amenities. I put the focus on the fellow air travelers, the friends that sit next to you, the ones that benefit from having plugs under their seat and an in flight menu.

The Virgin American characters became characters populating inflight programming. By simply flying comfort and enjoying an amenity or two, they not only made their destination, they landed with a new friend or two.
